Terms and Conditions for ReyLit

Welcome to ReyLit ("the App"), developed and operated by Reyhano OÜ ("Reyhano", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ReyLit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License Grant

Reyhano grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Nature of the Application

ReyLit is a utility application designed to keep your device display awake based on your selected presets (e.g., 5m, 15m, 30m, indefinite) or custom duration.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that keeping your screen awake does not cause unwanted battery drain or device display degradation (e.g., OLED burn-in if left unattended on static bright images for prolonged periods).
  • ReyLit includes a built-in Smart Battery Saver designed to assist in preventing complete battery depletion, but operation is ultimately dependent on hardware capabilities.

3. One-Time Purchase ("ReyLit Pro Lifetime")

  • ReyLit provides 8 free trial sessions.
  • Unlocking unlimited use is available via a one-time purchase ("ReyLit Pro Lifetime") priced at €4.99 (or localized equivalent).
  • There are no recurring subscription fees.
  • Purchases are billed to and processed by Apple (via your Apple ID) or Google (via Google Play). All refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's and Google's standard store policies.
  • You may restore previous purchases on any supported device using the same store account via the in-app "Restore Purchase" feature.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, user interface, brand assets, logos, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Reyhano OÜ and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reyhano OÜ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
